The UKickstart Event 2020 is a FREE to attend opportunity for meeting professionals to demonstrate the power of events; to showcase the events industry and inspire confidence; to be the catalysts that kick-starts the events industry. The Delegate Wranglers will be fully supporting this event and keeping it's members updated with news and information about how to attend this fantastic initiative for the industry

The aim is to bring everyone together - whether in-person at one of the numerous venue hubs - or online for an unforgettable experience.

Re-Opening and Re-Imagining Events.
The London panel will include Nigel Huddleston MP, the Minister for Sport, Tourism and Heritage at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport , Tracy Halliwell MBE (Director of Tourism, Conventions and Major Events at London and Partners), Simon Hughes (Chairman of BVEP), Nick de Bois (Chair of the Visit England Advisory Board) and will be moderated by Callum Di Leto from C&IT. More Special Guests and additional panels will be announced soon.

Topics will include:

  • Government Guidance for 1st October
  • How we got here as an industry
  • What the future holds for business events

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions throughout the discussion.
