Lucky Voice is looking for a brilliant Sales and Events Manager to join our team. Founded by Martha Lane Fox and Nick Thistleton, Lucky Voice is a growing karaoke company with lots of exciting plans for the future. We have evolved quickly in the last few years from a single private karaoke venue operation to a multi-faceted business with an exciting online streaming business, three bars, and a growing franchise/licensing arm. Our vision is to bring the love out singing out in everyone, through as many channels as possible.
We're looking for a confident and ambitious Sales Manager who will drive footfall to a new Lucky Voice venue, opening this year in Holborn and focussing mainly on corporate customers. You'll be joining the team at a truly exciting time with the new venue opening early next year, so this is a great opportunity for someone who is highly motivated by sales to have a significant impact on the organisation and become a key member of the team"
Your role will include managing and developing a pre-booked sales strategy in line with the venue’s needs and requirements, whilst also developing a strategy that considers the seasonal nature of our business and City fringe location of our new site. The role will be focused on, and incentivised to target, proactive sales to build a new market for what will be a high-profile, thriving F&B business with singing at its heart.

We'd be delighted if you have: - Amazing communication skills - Had a sales job in an F&B venue in the City / Have proven corporate sales experience in an F&B venue in the City - A City fringes corporate network / An already established corporate network - A passion for building relationships

- Confident - Target driven - Self-motivated - Ambitious - A person of integrity - Responsibilities include: - Driving footfall to a new venue, pre-launch and beyond - Achieving a set of targeted monthly KPIs (including cold calls and appointments, FAM activity, site visits, partnership offers etc) - Creating a base of regular corporate customers - Sourcing and securing venue hires - Sales outreach strategy - Working closely with the sales reservations and venue ops teams to maximise revenue and ensure customer satisfaction - Organise and execute venue showcases and FAM activity - Establish and build agency relationships and a sustainable, profitable agency incentive programme
