We are a young and enthusiastic media company based in Clapham South. We are looking for an experienced Registration Co-ordinator to join our company. The postholder would be responsible for delegate registrations for approximately 20 global conferences per year.

You will be taking on an integral role in a close-knit, hardworking and passionate team. You will be expected to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment - taking ownership of your role is key! During peak times, workload will increase greatly and you will need to think on your feet to prioritise work. Outside of work, we are a sociable bunch: there are regular after-work socials and fitness/sport planned.

Key skills

  • Knowledge of a CRM database system essential
  • Experience using Xero desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Accurate and fast typing is essential. (Candidates need not apply if typing speed is below 60wpm. Typing will be tested at interview)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, working to regular deadlines

  • Accurately and promptly handling delegate registrations for multiple conferences
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Monitoring multiple email inboxes
  • Assisting with delegate visas and invitation letters
  • Creating automated confirmation emails
  • Providing data reports to internal staff upon request
  • Writing copy for delegate travel guides
  • Circulating weekly registration and financial figures to internal staff


  • Compiling and processing post-event data, and reporting to staff
  • Cross referencing post-event data with registrations and follow-up invoicing


  • Raising delegate invoices
  • Providing email and telephone support to payment queries
  • Debt chasing


  • Assisting with ad-hoc company projects, e.g. event tech, marketing, etc.
  • Onsite support at London-based events

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required
