An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Manager to join The Events Raccoon. We’re looking for a highly professional, but fun, creative individual to join our unique Events Management Agency providing a personal, dedicated and bespoke full-service event solution.
Based in Swindon, this is a full-time role (37.5hrs per week) with the opportunity for flexible working hours around our events.

The Events Raccoon is a growing business and the successful candidate will play an important role in its strategic direction, where your innovative ideas will be used to support in the development and future planning of the business strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Amazement Officer, this Event Manager role (where you even get to choose your own job title) will see you taking on the day-to-day responsibility of a range of corporate events within the UK and worldwide. These will range from glitzy and high-end award ceremonies to flagship conferences and other B2B events, from the initial concept right through each stage of the planning to the delivery.

The successful candidate will be a confident Event Manager with a minimum of 2 years' solid B2B corporate event management experience. You'll need to be confident, articulate and well presented, with excellent communication and organisational skills, very good IT skills and an incredible level of attention to detail. You'll have a proven track record of delivering events to budget and deadline, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
As a small team at Raccoon HQ you’ll need to hit the ground running to pull together all stages of planning as well as the on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation of our events.
This is a fantastic role for a meticulous and highly professional Event Manager with good events experience. You’ll be representing the business as a Raccoon and will be expected to support in social media and help raise the profile of the company.
