We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference Executive to join our Conference and Travel team in London.
As the Conference Executive, you will assist in the organisation of a wide range of global meetings, including international/national conferences, satellite symposia, investigator meetings and advisory boards. Key responsibilities will include assisting with the provision of logistical content for proposals, including venue research and budget preparations. You will take ownership of sections of meetings or whole meetings where appropriate, including budgetary research, reconciliation and negotiating rates.
To succeed, you will ideally have knowledge and some experience of the medical meetings field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a proactive approach to work are essential to this role.
