Altitude London is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager with venue sales experience. The right candidate will be welcomed into a hard working but fun sales team and tasked to sell the venues event spaces.
Your new role:
Working as part of the sales team and reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for selling venue space, auxiliary and event services at Altitude London to agencies and direct clients.
- Respond to enquiries from agents and client in a timely and professional manner
- To develop enquiries from contact to contract stage
- To understand the event detail and to handover all event information to an Event Manager
- Manage existing relationships with allocated accounts
- Pro-active generation of leads through developing targeted relationships
- To accurately record all information on CRM (Salesforce)
- Conduct on site show rounds and FAM trips for key accounts
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Have a keen focus on pushing innovation, creativity and driving performance on client’s businesses.
- Keep up-to-date with cultural/social trends, competitive information and customers’ views and attitudes.
- Have a natural interest and passion for events
- Have a creative, proactive and professional approach to work
- Able to use initiative & work independently
- Able to work under pressure and enjoy a fast paced working environment
- Flexible and willing to adapt to business requirements
